First Lady Regina Taylor is a native of Los Angeles, California. She is a product of the

Los Angeles and Inglewood School Districts and graduated from Morningside High

School in Inglewood.

Sis. Taylor is a Software Engineer with over thirty years of experience in the Information

Technology industry. She is a trusted expert in web development, support, and

administration, as well as software development for system and application programs.

Her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University,

Northridge, reflects her commitment to excellence.

Married for over thirty years to Rev. Terrell Taylor, the Senior Pastor of Park Windsor

Baptist Church in Los Angeles, Sis. Taylor is also a devoted mother. Together, she and

her husband have had the privilege of raising their children in the fear of the Lord and

guiding them in the right path, ensuring they understand the way of the Lord.

Throughout her Christian journey, Sis. Taylor has been a pillar of support to her husband

in ministry. Together, they have served in several churches in the Los Angeles area for

over thirty years. Her involvement in the church includes various areas such as the

Young Adult, Sunday School, Choir, Minister’s Wives, Women’s and Youth Ministry.

Her goal is to be a beacon of hope, shedding light in the midst of darkness, bringing

sunshine where there is rain, offering a smile to the downhearted, and providing

motivation and encouragement to the weak and weary. Her mission to lead souls to
